Announcing Donna's New Book "Cherish the Light"
Donna is spending her summer writing the sequel to Cry the Darkness, which is Cherish the Light: Breaking Free of the Dark (which will be available this year).

The sequel to Cry the Darkness, is here! Cherish the Light: One Woman's Journey from Darkness to Light is now available as an Ebook through Amazon.com's Kindle and in printed book format through Amazon or through my Dr. Donna website.
Amazon Review:"Dr Donna Friess has finally continued her journey! In Cry the Darkness she shared with us her painful life journey from the darkness and tragedy of childhood incest. She helped those that had suffered the same tradegy and let them know they were not alone! Cherish the light reminds us that we can step from any darkness, that happiness is a choice and life is a special gift! Brava!! A must read!"
Latest Article: "Planting Happiness"
Yesterday, as I headed to meet up with my power walking pals, I noticed that my favorite Red Bud tree was showing its vibrant colors. Ah spring is in the air, I thought contentedly. What is it about the Frog?
One of Donna's Foundational teachings is that others seem quick to offer up criticism, put downs and sarcastic remarks which can cut to our core. Donna looks at this as causing us to feel like frogs (from the fairy tale idea of kiss the frog and he or she becomes the prince or princess). This big cute frog she is wearing is to remind you not to let others stir these negative feelings up in you! Dr. Eric Berne referred to this dynamic as "accepting other's invitation for us to feel not okay." DO NOT LET OTHERS DO THIS TO YOUI!"

Quote of the Week!
"Donna, your class last night was super! Hubby and I both gained a
deeper awareness of male/female relationships. We loved learning
the Love Languages... So amazingly true. And the new research on the differences between the male and female brains is astonishing. Makes total sense. Great truth and research for our marriage
and my writing. Thank you, Donna!" - AV
